Digital Products

We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product, provided that:

• You have not used more than a reasonable amount of AI generation credits (less than 20% of your total plan quota).
• You have encountered severe technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of the service, and our support team is unable to resolve them.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues accessing or using our services before requesting a refund.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused credits.
